We accept returns only in the following cases:

- The item received is not what you ordered

- Returns are not accepted for change of mind or dislike of the product after delivery
- Only items purchased directly from www.mikalnotes.com are eligible for return
2. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions
3. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging
- Any product returned in used or damaged condition (not due to our error) will not be accepted
- The return must be approved before sending the product back
4. Refund Policy
we operate on a cash on delivery (COD) only.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs
- In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before shipping. Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
